1-1 Chess Classes for kids aged 5-13
Do you want your child to build confidence while seeing real progress in their chess skills?
Because even though Chess is a solo game, the best way to grow, and improve is by having a great coach to make learning fun, easy, and fast.
That’s why we offer 1-on-1 classes, where your child gets full attention from one of our expert teachers.
In these personal lessons, we patiently teach your child at their exact level and pace, so they are learning in a way that feels comfortable to them.
We understand their strengths and weaknesses so we know exactly what to focus on in each lesson so they see improvement quickly.
As they progress, we slowly increase the challenge so they stay excited and confident to play verse harder players.
Each lesson has two parts: The first half is for learning new skills and concepts, and the second half is for puzzles, mini-games, and fun activities to keep chess fun.
1-on-1 classes are perfect for kids who need extra attention, or support to improve their focus and confidence while playing. Or children who just want to develop their chess skills a lot faster!

Who Can Join?
The 1-on-1 classes are designed for children aged 5 to 13+ who want to learn how to play chess or deepen their understanding of the game, while also improving critical skills such as confidence, patience, and concentration.
What Will You Learn?
Classes vary depending on age, skill level, learning style and unique strengths. Each class may include 1 or more of the following:
New content: Learn new concepts, principles, and strategies to enhance your chess ability in all stages of the game - opening, middle game, and endgame
Games: This includes mini-games, fun variations and standard games to develop strategic thinking and problem solving skills
Puzzles: Unique and interactive puzzles that challenge students to think critically and improve their decision making
Live Game Analysis: To focus on improving key weaknesses, implement new concepts, and reinforce strong habits for future matches
Progress Checks: Revisiting challenging material to measure growth and strengthen understanding through review and practice
Achievement
Students will confidently understand how to play chess and develop a deep knowledge of the game. Their confidence, focus, and patience will improve both on and off the chessboard, helping them perform better in highly competitive matches.
Their problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking skills, and overall chess knowledge will continually improve, making them well-rounded players. As they progress, their growth will accelerate, leading to greater success on the board.
