Do you want your child's social skills to improve?
Even though chess is a solo game, even top athletes train & learn with others who have the same goal. We've found that being around other students who love to learn and play makes chess more fun. They make new friends and improve faster because they enjoy it more!
Each class has only 3 - 5 children to keep everyone connected with the teacher and their peers. This allows children to comfortably ask questions, share ideas, offer solutions and interact with other passionate students from all around Australia.
We match students with the right class level - beginner, intermediate or advanced, based on their ability and age. As you improve, you'll be moved to a more advanced classes to keep things fun and challenging!
Classes usually last 60 minutes, with lessons from the teacher, fun puzzles, mini-games, interactive activities, and so much more!
These small intimate groups are great for both quite and energetic students, helping them build confidence and social skills in a supportive environment. We recommend group classes for families who want their child to improve their social skills while learning and having fun with new friends!
He is really kind and he knows how to teach a 6 year old. With all the little, jumping here and there.
He is very nice and if you are looking for your kid to get into chess classes I would recommend that Chess Confidence is the right place to start with!"
